By submitting content and/or payment to Dealsetters — For any feature, collaboration, paid promotion or otherwise — you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Final Sale & Refund Policy
All content submissions — whether for paid or unpaid features are final. No refunds, repost guarantees, or compensation will be provided for content that is removed, modified, declined, or affected by platform limitations. Dealsetters retains full discretion over the creation, scheduling, and removal of any content posted to its platforms. We reserve the right to modify, decline or remove content at any time.

2. Copyright & Licensing Responsibility
You certify that all content submitted — including property images, headshots, logos, music, videos, and any other media — is either owned by you, you have authority to provide permissions to third parties, or is fully licensed for use by Dealsetters. This includes all content submitted directly or reposted on your behalf. You accept full legal responsibility for any intellectual property claims resulting from your submissions and agree to indemnify Dealsetters from any related liabilities. You also grant Dealsetters the right to use this content across its platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.

3. Accuracy & Legal Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, truthful, and lawful — including property details, information, pricing, promotional claims, and agent/broker representation. Dealsetters accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or false advertising claims. You agree to indemnify and hold Dealsetters harmless from any resulting legal action.

4. Third-Party Content, Branding & Music
You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions related to the use of any third-party trademarks, brand names, MLS data, copyrighted music, or videos included in your submission. Dealsetters is not liable for DMCA takedowns or brand-related claims arising from content you provide.

5. Privacy & Personal Data
You agree not to submit personally identifiable information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, client photos) without proper authorization. You accept full liability for any privacy claims related to your submission.

6. No Endorsement or Affiliation
Dealsetters is an independent media and marketing platform. Inclusion of any content does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with the featured agent, brokerage, lender, or brand.

7. No Guarantees of Results
Dealsetters does not guarantee any specific level of exposure, performance, reach, engagement, or return on investment. All services are promotional in nature. You understand that content visibility may be affected by social media algorithms, user interaction, and platform limitations.

8. Platform & DMCA Limitations
Dealsetters is not responsible for content removed, flagged, or restricted by Instagram or other third-party platforms. We reserve the right to comply with platform guidelines, legal takedowns, or DMCA claims without refund or repost.

9. Editorial Control & Removal Rights
Dealsetters maintains full discretion over all content posted or removed. We may edit, modify, archive, or decline any content at any time for any reason — including quality, branding, policy, legal concerns, or platform restrictions — with no obligation to notify you or issue a refund.

10. Submissions by Assistants, Team Members, or Third Parties
Submissions made by assistants, coordinators, marketing teams, or other representatives are considered authorized on behalf of the agent, brokerage, or business they represent. It is the sole responsibility of the submitting party and their represented client to ensure all rights and permissions are secured prior to submission. Dealsetters is not responsible for verifying authorization and is not liable for any claims resulting from unauthorized or misrepresented submissions.

11. Use of Visual Enhancements
Promotional content created by Dealsetters may include digital enhancements such as AI-generated enhancements or other visual modifications. These enhancements are for aesthetic and marketing purposes only and do not constitute factual or legal representations of a property's current condition, structure, or features. Dealsetters is not liable for any claims, misunderstandings, or disputes arising from the perceived accuracy or impact of modified visuals. It is the sole responsibility of the submitting party to ensure that any images or media provided — whether edited or unedited — are properly licensed, permitted for enhancement, and approved for public distribution and marketing use. The submitting party also accepts full responsibility for ensuring that any requested or approved enhancements comply with all applicable advertising regulations and do not mislead consumers. By submitting content or requesting enhancements, you acknowledge and confirm that the materials are authorized for public use and that you assume all legal, regulatory, or consumer-related liability resulting from the published content.
